Must Have Skills :

SAP R/3 Skills: SAP Scripts, Data Migration, Report Writing, Data Directory, Runtime Analysis and Debugging;
Programming Language: C, C++, MATLAB, Java, ABAP/4, Visual Basic(6.0/5.0);
Databases: PL/SQL, MS SQL Server, MS Access;
Operating Systems: Windows 2000/ NT/ XP/ 98/ 95, UNIX and MS-DOS;
Hardware: Assembling and installing personal desktop computers; Certifications in CAD( Pro/ ENGINEER, Version 2000i2);
Others: Microsoft Office, HTML, Math- CAD, ANSYS, AutoCAD, Solid Works and VAL ll programming language

Experience :

6 to 7 Years

Education :

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related

Job Responsibilities :

• Work as a Techno Functional resource in the areas of ABAP & HR.
• Act as a liaison between the functional and technical teams.
• Provide level 4 support to the Payroll activities and issues that arise in Payroll runs.
• US Payroll with BSI integration - Work on regular updates and maintenance of BSI tax factory to be in tax compliant. Work on issues that arise due to maintenance and upgrade activities of BSI versions.
• Perform design reviews of new ideas/projects, contribute to design, propose solutions, optimization of current processes, performance improvisations.
• Adhere to Security & Compliance requirements.
• Follow the protocol and policies for Data Management established by the client.
• Assist in testing activities of project and production related deliverables.
• Improvise and contribute to better ABAP coding practices
