SAP HCM Functional Process Lead

Must Have Skills :

SAP, C, C++, JAVA, MATLAB, MINITAB, UNIGRAPHICS, PRO-E, ANSYS, PROMODEL, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Project, Power Point etc.

Experience :

5 to 7 Years

Education :

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Applications, related Engineering discipline, or related Expereince as a minimum requirements for this position.

Job Responsibilities :

• To understand, analyze and solution the HCM solution for the weekly payroll requirement for Costco.
• To understand, analyze and solution the business requirements and legal requirements for year-end preparation for Costco and its employees.
• Involved in end-to-end testing required to ensure the system design to meet business and legal requirements for year-end.
• To analyze the SAP HRSP (Human Resources Support Packages) upgrade packages released by SAP to customers on timely basis.
• Install SAP HRSP in Costco SAP system, test the functionality and provide guidance to the business on new functionality as well upgrades coming to the existing functionality as a part of HRSP.
• To ensure that the go-live of the system is smooth and mainly to provide solutions for any issues/requirements that is needed for the sustained performance of the system over a long period of time.
