Education :

Bachelor’s level training in specific fields such as Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related Engineering discipline, or equivalent experience could perform the duties of this position.

Job Responsibilities :

• Developing the front-end screens using the Harness, Harness Sections.
• Involving in Core Product development to handle chargebacks on MDS / Banknet network transactions.
• Modifying the flows, flow-actions and local actions mapping the business functionalities.
• Working extensively on Smart Dispute accounting rules and reason code rules.
• Utilizing PEGA Rules Process Commander V7.2 in making design documentation of the project.
• Fixing the application pre-production defects.
• Assessed and debugged SQL connectors from external databases.
• Performance tuning of the application using PAL, Clipboard and Tracer Tool.
• Fixing the application bugs using Clipboard and Tracer
• Build and Deployment of the rules product/patch into QA/UAT/Production environments.
• Working on the support tickets to resolve the issue.
• Testing the application compatibility with different browsers like IE, Chrome.
• Responsible for ensuring that the application software meets software compliance standards.
• Unit testing of the modules.
• Participating in all phases of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
• Takes end-to-end responsibility for the developing, testing and efficient high quality delivery of multiple customized module and components developed.
